Украинцам рынок недвижимости 'до лампочки'
Всё равно ничего не купить. Для того чтобы идти на рынок нужно обладать значительными денежными суммами, принимая во внимание, что цены на жилье заоблачные. Копить, не накопить, ипотека не доступна, в стране не стабильность и неизвестно, что будет завтра. Сегодня работа есть, а завтра её может и не быть. Сейчас одни доходы, а завтра они могут упасть «ниже плинтуса».
В связи с чем, население пытается решить свои жилищные проблемы исключительно путём обмена имеющегося жилья на жильё большей площади. Безусловно, с доплатой. Следовательно, рынок жилья нашим согражданам «до лампочки» и их не интересуют ни предложение, ни состояние цен, ни «первичное», ни «вторичное» жильё, а тем более, строящееся.
Таким образом, если на рынке отсутствуют потенциальные покупатели, то откуда возьмутся изменения.

Во-вторых, на рынке цены стабилизировались. Ни резких падений, ни неожиданных взлётов. Продавцы упорно не идут на снижение, понимая, что снижение «погоды на рынке не сделает». За полцены ведь не отдашь. В последнее время зафиксировано незначительное повышение в среднем на 0,5%. Как видите, такое повышение совершенно не ощутимо.
Кстати, и государство ратует за стабилизацию цен, для чего намерено оказать посильную помощь застройщикам с девелоперами. Понятно, что лишь при государственной поддержке строители «останутся на плаву».
Складывается впечатление, что государство приветствует нынешние высокие цены на жильё и не желает их снижения. А как же тогда доступность жилья для большинства населения? Если государство за высокие цены, то обязано поднять и благосостояние народа. Иначе, «овчинка выделки не стоит».
Стагнация на рынке это от безысходности и это неоспоримый факт. А хорошо это или плохо никакой роли не играет.

Another cause of high blood pressure is the high consumption of animal protein (dairy, eggs, fish, chicken and red meat). Humans are omnivores not carnivores. Which means the focus of our food should be on plant material, with occasional additions of animal protein
I consider the maximum amount of animal protein in an ideal diet should be no more than twice a week. Many people consume it twice, even three, times a day.
